Akhmat repeated the record winning streak in the Premier League in the history of the club

On Friday evening, the 28th round of the Russian Premier League started. As part of the first match of the tour, Grozny's Akhmat successfully traveled to Samara to visit Krylya Sovetov, winning dry and with a score of 2:0.

According to Opta Sports, Akhmat repeated its record winning streak in the RPL. The Grozny team won five games in a row – something similar happened only in 2012 under Stanislav Cherchesov.

Akhmat also became the first team this season with five wins in a row.

What is most curious is that the Grozny club won five victories after receiving a slap in the face from Baltika at home – the Kaliningraders beat Akhmat with a score of 1:7 at the Akhmat Arena.
