Inter hit the 100-goal mark in a season

In the Italian championship, the matches of the 36th round of Serie A began, Inter was again on strike, scoring five unanswered goals against Frosinone. Thus, the Milanese club surpassed the 100-goal mark per season – taking into account all the tournaments in which the club played.

86 goals out of this entire mass were scored in Serie A – and this is the second result in the history of the club. The Milanese scored more goals only once – in the 1950/1951 season, when 101 goals were scored.

But it is unlikely that Simone Inzaghi’s team will be able to reach this figure in the two remaining matches, because for this they need to score 15 more goals.
