UFC poster released in Saudi Arabia featuring Robert Whittaker vs. Khamzat Chimaev fight

Khamzat Chimaev is looking to cement his first UFC title shot when he faces his toughest test to date against former middleweight champion Robert Whittaker in a five-round headliner in June. “Greyhound” and “Reaper” shared a poster for the promotion's latest event.

Whittaker and Chimaev will meet in the main event of UFC Saudi Arabia on June 22 at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh. Check out the official UFC Saudi Arabia poster below.

When UFC CEO Dana White announced the fight, he said the winner would fight for the 185-pound title in his next appearance. As history has shown, this isn't always set in stone – most notably Chimaev's recent win over Kamaru Usman at UFC 294, who was also announced as the No. 1 contender ahead of last October's event. Chimaev defeated Usman by majority decision in his return to middleweight and improved his professional record to 13-0.

Whittaker bounced back from a stoppage loss to current champion Dricus du Plessis at UFC 290 with a unanimous decision win over Paulo Costa at UFC 298 in February.

UFC Saudi Arabia also features a marquee heavyweight bout between recent interim title challenger Sergei Pavlovich and Alexander Volkov.
