Darren Till sees boxing debut coming soon and vows to beat his opponents: 'I'm going to beat all the Yas'

Former UFC fighter Darren Till says he will box soon and plans to box multiple times in 2024.

Till has not fought since December 2022, when he lost to Dricus Du Plessis and was released from the promotion as requested. The Briton wanted to get better and take up boxing, but Mike Perry said Till turned down a $2 million offer to fight him at BKFC.

On his Instagram, Till shared a video of himself punching hands and vowed to beat up anyone who called him out.

“I’ve had a lot of people calling me out lately,” he wrote in an Instagram video of himself working on his mitts. “And I'm going to beat every last one of you.”

Back in April, Till appeared on a podcast and revealed that he was interested in influencer boxing matches because of how much money they made.

“Influential people, fighters, it’s going to be a blow,” Till said of his future opponents. “If I look at a professional boxing fight and I get thirty, forty thousand dollars, and then I look at these power broker fights, where are they making millions? I also have a big name. It's just not difficult to take part in such battles. So we're targeting your Tommy Furys and your Jake Poles.”

Darren Till still wants a fight with Mike Perry

Along with boxing's bigwigs, the only fight Darren Till really wants is Mike Perry.

Till and Perry took shots at each other while they were both in the UFC, and many fans wanted to see it. But this was never implemented. The thought of them fighting has been around for the past few years, and Till says the fight will happen someday.

“Obviously the biggest fight I want is Mike Perry,” he said. “Me and him are destined to fight. It's been…six years? (Jorge) Masvidal was talking the other day about fighting me and a rematch. At home, he said that he came to Liverpool. So, these are all big fights and as soon as my first fight is announced, I will be chasing it all.”

Darren Till is currently 18-5-1 in MMA and is on a three-fight losing streak while sitting at 1-5 in his last six fights.
