Rising 154-pound star Xander Zayas is set to headline his first tournament when he faces former WBO junior/middleweight champion Patrick Teixeira (34-4, 25 KOs) on Saturday night, June 8 at the Hulu Theater in Madison Square -Garden, live. on ESPN.

Xander Zayas and Patrick Teixeira were originally scheduled to face each other on February 16, but an undisclosed injury forced Zayas to pull out of the bout. After a short delay, the two boxers will finally face each other in June as their bout is headlined.
