The Sports Administrative Court (TAD) has suspended the former president of the Spanish Football Federation, Luis Rubiales, from all football activities for 3 years.
A 46-year-old official will be punished for kissing soccer player Jennifer Hermoso without her consent at the awards ceremony after the Women’s World Cup final. Rubiales was also found guilty of indecent exposure for touching his own genitals in the VIP box when he made an obscene gesture. The court assessed each of the actions as one and a half years of disqualification.
As you know, after kissing Hermoso, Luis Ruiales was forced to resign not only from the post of president of the national federation, but also from the post of vice-president of UEFA. In addition, FIFA suspended the Spaniard from any football-related activities for three years.
