On the evening of November 20 Ukrainian national team lost peace with the Italian team (0:0) and will now play in the qualifying playoffs Euro 2024.
Already known 20 out of 24 participants final round: Germany (host), Belgium, France, Portugal, Spain, Scotland, Turkey, Austria, England, Hungary, Slovakia, Albania, Denmark, Netherlands, Romania, Switzerland, Serbia, Italy, Czech Republic, Slovenia.
Croatia must maintain its points lead over Wales on November 21 and secure a 21st berth. Three more teams will be determined for the playoffs in March 2024.

In the qualifying playoffs, 12 teams in three mini-tournaments will compete for the remaining three tickets to Euro 2024.
Format: semi-finals (according to the scheme 1–4, 2–3) and finals of one match in each quartet (they are conventionally called Path A, B, C).
The most likely composition of qualifying playoff pairs:
🔹 Path A: Poland, Wales (or Croatia), Estonia and a draw of three (Finland, Ukraine, Iceland).
🔹 Path B: Israel, Bosnia and Herzegovina, plus two out of three (by draw): Finland, Ukraine, Iceland.
🔹 Path C: Georgia – Luxembourg, Greece – Kazakhstan.
