Midfielder of the Ukrainian youth team Vladimir Brazhko noted the team’s spirit in the match against Luxembourg U-21 in the qualification for Euro 2025 (4:0).
“In the first minutes they came out charged. They knew what to do on the field. I think they crushed me morally and shouted when everything worked out. If we scored our chances, we could have scored more. But not without problems – we will fix them in order to prepare for the next matches in better condition.”
“I’m glad for everyone that the team won. But [особенно] for Batagov – he is the “grandfather” of the youth team and finally scored a goal.”
“My goal in the upcoming matches? The main thing is for the team to win, I don’t chase goals,” Brazhko said.
