McCoist: Mbappe could have done more

In European football, the time has come for the return matches of the Champions League semi-finals, Parisian PSG again lost at home to Borussia Dortmund. Former Scottish national team player Allie McCoist, who scored against the CIS team at the sadly memorable 1992 European Championship, believes that the main hope of the Parisian club, Kylian Mbappe, did not fully cope with the tasks assigned to him:

– Kylian is a world-class player. He scored three goals in the World Cup final. Could he have done more today? Probably yes, but we must give credit to the German defenders. “They played flawlessly from a tactical point of view,” McCoist was quoted as saying by BBC Sport.

Real Madrid and Bayern will play in the other semi-final.
