Tim Sherwood, the former head coach of Tottenham and Aston Villa, spoke about one of the key players of the current season in the London Arsenal – Declan Rice. Rice joined the Gunners squad last summer following a costly transfer from West Ham.
“This is not the same Rice who played for West Ham. Bursts forward and into the box, scored seven goals and made nine assists, something we've never seen at West Ham. Mikel Arteta and his teammates at Arsenal have taken him to the next level, he is an absolute dream for a manager,” Sherwood was quoted as saying by Caughtoffside.
In total, Rice has played in 49 matches for Arsenal this season, scoring seven goals and providing 10 assists.
