Khimki defender Sergei Terekhov spoke about the tasks of the Moscow Region team for the remainder of this season.
According to the footballer, Khimki should have confidently won the Melbet First League, as they have a strong squad and set high goals for themselves.
“We have a firm goal – to take first place. A team with such goals and staffing before the start of the season is obliged to take first place,” Terekhov quotes Metaratings.
After 30 rounds of the Melbet First League, Khimki leads the standings, ahead of the second Dynamo Makhachkala by two points.
