Zaire-Emery on the defeat to Borussia: “Football can be unfair”

PSG midfielder Warren Zaire-Emery spoke about his team’s defeat by Borussia Dortmund (0:1) in the second leg of the Champions League semi-finals and elimination from the tournament.

The 18-year-old football player complained about the poor implementation of scoring chances, noting that it was this factor that predetermined the failure of the Parisians.

“Football can be unfair. We create a lot of chances, but we hit the post, the crossbar, the goalkeeper, who makes a save,” RMC Sport quotes Zaire-Emery as saying.

Note that PSG has never won the Champions League in its history. In the final of the current tournament, Borussia will meet the winner of the match between Bayern and Real Madrid.
