Hummels hasn't scored for Borussia in the Champions League for 11 years

On Tuesday evening, Mats Hummels, the most experienced 35-year-old defender of Borussia Dortmund, scored a goal against PSG. This happened at the beginning of the second half of the second leg of the Champions League semi-final after a corner kick – 1:0.

It is curious that Hummels scored his last goal in the Champions League for Borussia 11 years ago, notes Opta Sports. This happened in the Bumblebees' game against Shakhtar Donetsk on February 13, 2013. Hummels' teammates were Robert Lewandowski, Mario Götze, Sebastian Kehl and Felipe Santana.

Previously, Hummels became the oldest German with a goal in the Champions League playoffs.
