Khimki defender explained the reasons for poor refereeing in Russia

The level of refereeing in Russia has remained the same, if not decreased. This opinion was expressed by the defender of Khimki near Moscow Sergei Terekhov.

“How could it get better if the same referees are still working? The closer the end of the championships, both RPL and FNL, the more fun the refereeing becomes,” the footballer quotes Metaratings.ru.

The player is also sure that the VAR system did not bring any benefit, since it only allowed the main referees to abdicate responsibility for certain decisions.

After 30 rounds, Khimki is leading the First League standings, being the main contender for promotion to the RPL.
