Armenian midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan, who plays for Inter Milan, spoke about the possible continuation of his career in the Saudi Arabian championship.
“They want to strengthen their championship and develop football, so they call star players for more money. Personally, I have a negative attitude towards this; for me, money is not the main thing. I love football for the game itself, not the financial rewards. So this door is definitely closed for me. The level of European football is completely different,” Sputnik Armenia reports Heinrich’s words.
This season, Mkhitaryan played 45 matches for Inter, scoring two goals and 11 assists.
