Fakel and Zenit drew 1:1 in Voronezh for the second season in a row

Monday's match of the twenty-seventh round of the Russian Premier League between Fakel and Zenit ended in a draw with a score of 1:1. The Voronezh team was close to defeat, but were able to earn and convert a penalty in added time to the second half. The authors of the scoring strike in this fight were Douglas Santos and Evgeniy Markov.

It is curious that in the last championship “Fakel” and “Zenith” in Voronezh also tied with a score of 1:1.

In the next round of the Russian championship, Zenit will play against CSKA, and Fakel will play against Ural. The matches will take place on May 11 and 12, respectively.
