Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, prepare for a showdown like no other! On May 18, Tyson Fury, WBC champion and linear WBC champion, will enter the ring against the unified WBO/IBF/WBA champion Oleksandr Usyk. This is a battle for the undisputed heavyweight title, a feat not seen since Lennox Lewis in 1999. And guess what? This time we have four belts.

Fury, ever the showman, said some classic words at the London press conference. “Usyk, you better be ready, because the Gypsy King is out hunting. This era belongs to me, and what about your shiny record and these belts? They're coming home with me. Many thanks to Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and His Excellency Turki Alalshih for making this happen in beautiful Saudi Arabia. I am bringing back the undisputed heavyweight crown to England!”

Usik, cool as always, also had his say. “For me, it is not the goal that is important, but the path. What about my journey? It's all about becoming “Undeniable.” This fight is the only one that matters. When the bell rings, expect fireworks.”

Turki Alalshih, the big boss of Saudi Arabia's General Entertainment Authority, is delighted with the hosting of this monumental event. “It is very important for us to bring the world’s attention to Riyadh with this fight. We're talking about creating history and making sure the experience lives up to the hype.”

Frank Warren of Queensberry knows the scale of this struggle. “Fury vs Usyk is the fight everyone has been waiting for. We are grateful to Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Riyadh Season for making this dream a reality.”

Bob Arum, chairman of Top Rank, chimes in: “Fury is a legend, but don't sleep on Usyk. This fight in Riyadh? This will be one for the history books.”

Usyk’s manager Alex Krasyuk is very proud of this. “The world finally saw how it happened. We respect Tyson very much, but it’s Usyk’s time to prove himself.”

Fury has been at the top since 2015, even after a break and some personal battles. He came back strong, defeating Wilder twice. Usyk, an Olympic gold-winning Ukrainian, shook up the heavyweight division after taking over the heavyweight division. He's already beaten Anthony Joshua twice and is now hoping for an even bigger prize: becoming the No. 2 heavyweight to reign supreme in the heavyweight division.
